User Agreement at The TORO Spa

I, the personal data subject, in accordance with the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006, No. 152 "On Personal Data" give consent to the owner of the form (hereinafter the Operator) to process personal data indicated by me in the calculator form and/or order form of goods and/or services on the Internet website, the owner of which is the Operator.

1. The composition of the personal data I provide is as follows: full name, email address, and phone number.
2. The purposes of processing my personal data are: to enable the exchange of short text messages in online dialogue and to enable a callback function.
3. Consent is provided for the following actions (operations) with the personal data specified in this consent: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, carried out both with the use of automation (automated processing) and without the use of such means (non-automated processing).
4. I understand and agree that providing the Operator with any information about myself that is not contact and is not related to the purposes of this consent, as well as providing information related to the state, bank, and/or commercial secret, information about race and/or national identity, political commitments, religious or philosophical beliefs, health condition, intimate life is prohibited.
5. In case I decide to provide the Operator with any information (any data), I undertake to provide only true and up-to-date information and have no right to mislead the Operator about my identity or provide false or unreliable information about myself
6. I understand and agree that the Operator does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by me and has no possibility to evaluate my competence and assumes that I provide reliable personal data and keep such data up to date.
7. Consent is valid until the goals of processing are achieved or if it is no longer necessary to achieve those goals unless otherwise provided by federal law.
8. I may withdraw my consent at any time on the basis of my written application.
